Refund Policy for UperBit
1. Applicability
This policy applies only to services listed on UperBit and does not cover the nominal application fees, which are non-refundable.
2. Payment Structure
- Application Fee: A small, non-refundable fee charged at the time of booking to confirm genuine intent.
- Service Fee: Charged only after successful completion and delivery of the service.
3. Eligible Refunds
Customers may request a refund of the Service Fee if:
- The service was not delivered as described.
- There were major defects, errors, or omissions in service delivery.
- The service was delivered significantly late, with no alternative arranged.
4. Ineligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Application fees (to cover administrative costs).
- Cases of minor, immaterial issues or customer change-of-mind.
- Situations where the service was delivered as described, even if the customer is dissatisfied.
5. Request Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of service delivery.
6. How to Submit a Request

- Order/Invoice number
- Service name & date delivered
- Clear description of the issue
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, files, etc.)
7. Processing Time & Method
- We will respond within 24 hours.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
8. Investigation & Resolution
We may:
- Review documentation or recordings.
- Propose partial refunds or service retries as fair alternatives.
- Make final decisions aimed at satisfying both parties.
9. Cancellations
- Pre-Delivery: Clients can cancel before service is delivered; application fees remain non-refundable.
- Post-Delivery: Refunds are governed by Section 3 eligibility criteria.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Notice is provided via email or through changes on our website. The Effective Date at the top reflects the latest revision.
